    We will usually ship your order within 2 working days. Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for orders received before 1 PM on a shipping day.

Standard Economy Shipping: €20 (Free shipping over €200) Priority Shipping: €30 ZONE 4: Rest of the world Standard Economy Shipping: €30 (Free shipping over €400) Priority Shipping: €40 All shipments are carried out by FedEx or GLS For international shipments, all orders will ship DAP, which means that the receiver is responsible for any additional import duties. PACKBAGS will not be responsible for any customs charge or fee attached to the shipment when passing European customs.
  • WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS?
    If your delivery address is outside the EU/EFTA you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please refer to your local customs office for further information. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase and shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
    For The Netherlands, standard shipping time is 1-2 days. For international shipments, standard shipping time is 2-7 days. If your order is urgent, please choose the priority shipping method. If your order is delayed, please contact the shipping company that is mentioned in the tracking email, they will be able to help you fastest.
  • CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?
    Please double-check that all information is accurate on your order before submitting. Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee that changes can be made. If you do make a mistake on your order, please reach out to support@packbags.nl right away.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    Is it not what you expected, this can happen. All purchases may be returned within 14 days. (30 days for orders made in december) To accept your return, pls ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, unused, and have all their tags attached. Please also note that we will only accept returns shipped to us in the original packaging and please include a note with your name, order number, and reason for the return. To make it easy for you, we have a return portal that should be used if you want to return an item.
  • HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
    To make it as easy as possible please go to our return portal and follow the steps. It is key that you use our return portal, so we can always track your product and make sure you get your refund as soon as possible. Please be aware, returns that have not been sent back via our return portal can not be accepted.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO PROCESS?
    Returns typically take 3-5 business days to process, excluding the day it was received. Once we have inspected the returned goods, we will issue a refund (excluding initial shipping costs). You will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed. The refund will automatically be issued, using the same method of payment which you used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
  • I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    All PACKBAGS products are made using the highest quality materials and craftsmanship and we take pride in each piece we make. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days via support@packbags.nl. We ask you to please include a photo of the damaged or wrong item you received, as well as your order number. Defects are determined at the discretion of PACKBAGS. If your PACKBAGS product was purchased through another retailer, the claim must be processed with that retailer.
