REPAIR & RECYCLE SERVICE
DO YOU WANT TO GET YOUR PACKBAGS ITEM REPAIRED?
We are currently working on setting up a Repair Center in our Amsterdam Studio. Until we have formalised the process, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, with a clear photo of the damaged area, and a copy of the invoice, which service you require (repair), and we will confirm if we can repair your bag and send you instructions on how to ship.
For damages that are caused by normal wear and tear, we will charge a friendly repair fee, and you are responsible for any shipping cost.
For damages that are the result of production errors, we will do the repair free of charge.
If you wish to repair your module/item yourself, please contact us at email@example.com. We will happily assist you with individual guidance and custom-made repair kits.
DO YOU WANT TO PART WAYS WITH YOUR PACKBAGS ITEM?
If it’s still in good condition, return it to us and get a discount on your next PACKBAGS order.
We will make sure it will get a second life or will be recycled properly.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of your bag, which service you require (recycle), and depending on the condition, you will receive a 5-15% discount coupon which you can use on your next order or pass it to a friend.
*PACKBAGS reserves the right to refuse any products at its discretion
** Currently we only offer this service within Europe. If you are outside of Europe, please bring your bag to your nearest second-hand shop or if it is too damaged, please recycle it in a textile bin or a plastic bin (after taking off the metal hardware).
