HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
We aim to ship your order between 1 and 3 workdays.
This processing time is NOT included in the shipping time frame.
Usual shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for orders received before 2PM.
All shipments are carried out by FedEx, and by default we use Economy Shipping.
For international shipments, all orders will ship DAP, which means that the receiver is responsible for any additional import duties.
PACKBAGS will not be responsible for any customs charge or fee attached to the shipment when passing European customs.
For The Netherlands, shipping time is 1-2 days.
For international shipments, shipping time is 2-7 days.
If your order is urgent, please choose the Priority Shipping method.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?
Please double-check that all information is accurate on your order before submitting. Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee that changes can be made. If you do make a mistake on your order, please reach out to email@example.com right away.

We ship worldwide from our studio in Amsterdam.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You may return your purchase within 14 days after delivery, for a full refund excluding shipping costs, with the condition that the item is in unused condition and with original labels attached.
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your return. Ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, unused, and have all their tags attached. Please also note that we will only accept returns shipped to us in the original Re-Pack packaging and please include a note with your name, order number and reason for the return.
We strongly advise your return shipment to have a traceable service, so it can be located at all times. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of their return shipment until the product is received and refunded by PACKBAGS. We only accept returns sent directly to the address below.

Please remember to write Att: RETURN AND REPAIRS on the outside of the package to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter. Excluding this information can result in a delay of your return – and in worst case the customs office will send the package back to your address.
PACKBAGS will not assume the costs of any additional fee for the return of any product.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO PROCESS?
Returns typically take 3-5 business days to process, excluding the day it was received.
Once we have inspected the returned goods, we will issue a refund (excluding initial shipping costs). You will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed.The refund will automatically be issued, using the same method of payment which you used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
All PACKBAGS products are made using the highest quality materials and craftsmanship and we take pride in each piece we make. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us IMMEDIATELY to rectify the situation! Damages must be reported to email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the item to be considered for a replacement or refund.
Any damages reported after 5 days of receipt will not be approved for replacement or refund unless they are determined to be a manufacturing or factory defect. Defects are determined at the discretion of PACKBAGS.
If your PACKBAGS product was purchased through another retailer, the claim must be processed with that retailer.
