DISCLAIMER

All of your items and modules are being made by hand at the PACKBAGS HQ, our studio in Amsterdam. Before shipping, every item undergoes an individual check-up to ensure you receive only goods of great quality. We believe that creating modular, long-lasting products goes a long way in sustainability and holds a great impact on rethinking forms of consumption.

At the same time, we try to source our fabrics as locally and eco-friendly as possible. Please note that this is an ongoing process that takes time and in-depth research, something that we are happily pursuing. However, we are still in the growing phase and try to handle each of your requests and orders to our best ability from our Amsterdam studio.

This means that even though your order is getting checked before shipping, an occasional mistake might slip through. We are very sorry if the item you ordered may not comply with your expectations.

Please don’t hesitate to share your feedback with us via support@packbags.nl.

PACKBAGS thinks that by being transparent about our progress and sharing our journey with you, we can create a movement that is aware of problems and tries to find a practical solution. At this point in time, the majority of our fabrics are of recycled origin, based in The Netherlands. We try minimizing ways of production and to be transparent about where your PACKBAGS item is coming from.

Nobody is perfect - We are thankful that you accompany us on our path to continuously rethink consumer culture and offer a durable, as sustainable as at this point in time possible, and transparently made in EU sourced product that satisfies your everyday needs.

Thank you and stay modular, friends.
