We ship worldwide from our studio in Amsterdam.

We aim to ship between 1 and 3 workdays. However, if your order is urgent, please choose the Priority Shipping method. 

All shipments are carried out by FedEx.

Please note that we are dependent on our shipping partners and cannot be held responsible for potential delays as a result of COVID-19 or other unforeseen circumstances. *Shipping to Ukraine and Russia is temporarily suspended until further notice. RETURNS

You may return your purchase within 14 days after delivery. 

Send us an email at support@packbags.nl to inform us of your return. 

Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, unused, and have all their tags attached. Please also note that we will only accept returns shipped to us in the original Re-Pack packaging through tracked shipping services. 

PACKBAGS will give a full refund within 14 days of delivery. 

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the case of quality returns, all shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery, or there there has been a clear mistake from our side.

 

STEP BY STEP RETURN GUIDE

Please include:

  • Your order number* and e-mail address

  • Indicate the items you wish to return and the reason why

  • Find the return address below

  • your receipt (if you still have it)

Make sure you use the original Re-Pack packaging and a tracked shipping service which you also indicate in the e-mail you send us.

STEP BY STEP QUALITY RETURN GUIDE

Please include:

  • Your order number* and e-mail address

  • Indicate the items you wish to return and the reason why

  • If there is a defect in one of your items/modules, please attach photos clearly displaying that defect

  • your receipt (if you still have it)

We will generate a return label and an RMA number.

You will receive the return label by email. You have to use this label to return the item(s).

Make sure you use the original Re-Pack packaging and a tracked shipping service which you also indicate in the e-mail you send us.

Your package will be forwarded to our studio where it will be processed within 3-10 business days.
