We ship worldwide from our workshop/warehouse in Amsterdam.

Shipments will be carried out via DHL, UPS, TNT, DPD, FEDEX or POSTNL depending on which one is considered most suitable.

We offer free economy shipping on all orders over €80 in The Netherlands and over €200 Worldwide.

For the rest:

  • The Netherlands: €4, shipping time is 1-2 days

  • Europe: €10, shipping time is 2-5 days

  • Worldwide: €15, shipping time is 5-10 days

When placing an order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct as we are unable to redirect. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.

Please note that we are dependent on our shipping partners and cannot be held responsible for potential delays as a result of COVID-19 or other unforeseen circumstances. 




Customers can send an e-mail to to cancel an order.

Please note that as a purchase will be prepared and dispatched quickly, PACK might not be able to accommodate this request. In that case, the usual return policy comes into effect.


Customers may return their purchase within 14 days after delivery. An item being returned must always be reported and sent in accordance with the return procedure (cited below) to avoid loss or delay. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags and original packaging. Any non-faulty products that are not in a condition for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged) will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer. PACK will give a full refund within 30 days (or refund the difference, in case of exchanges).


Customers are asked to send an email to, to inform PACK of their request to send a return. All returning produts must be sent back in perfect condition, with intact and affixed labels and dustbag (if applicable) Customers are advised to provide their return shipment with a tracking number, as PACK is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss. Refunds will be effected within 30 days after delivery.
